皇家国立大学GSS活动之普吉岛三天两夜行～3D2N Go relax in Phuket
具体的行程费用信息如下，没有限制必须是NUS的人，外部的人也可以有一样的价格。目前有30个名额，报名晚的人机票价格可能会不同，价格因此会上涨一些，所以希望尽早报名这样容易协调机票价格。

It is time to join our GSS overseas trip to Phuket Islands. We are going to enjoy the wide beautiful beaches, white sand, green jade water, beautiful sunset and BBQ by the sea! Date: Evening of 08th Dec to 10th Dec, 2013.
Cost: S$438 for NUS early bird (By Nov 2nd)
S$458 for others.
Itinerary:
Day 1, Dec 08Sunday: Depart in the morning, arrive Phuket Island in noon, team bonding games, BBQ by the sea, Geminids meteor shower at night
Day 2, Dec 09Monday: Island hopping and snorkeling.
Day 3, Dec 10Tuesday: Elephant riding (optional), shopping, Thai cuisine learning (optional), sunset on Cape, come back to lovely Singapore
Package includes:
Return flight tickets between Singapore and Phuket (Thailand)
1D island hopping tour
Meals as 2 Breakfast + 1 Lunch + 1BBQ
2N stay in 4-sater Phuket Islands hotel
Transportation on Phuket Island
Sunset on Cape (incl. transportation)
Group Travel Insurance

To confirm your attendance and secure a seat, please transfer S$438 for NUS postgraduate students as early birds,S$458 for others to GSS account. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions carefully, failing to do so may lead to untraceable payment:

INTERNET BANKING is preferred.
If you wish to pay by ATM transfer, please keep the original receipt and sent a photo/scan of receipt to[email protected] immediately after payment, or the payment will not be accepted.
When setting up fund transfer arrangement, put the initials of your name on the recipient's account statement.
You can pay on the behalf your friends, and please send a note to [email protected] or +65-81930971
After payment, please inform your name, your account number as well as the time you transfer the money to us through email [email protected] or text to +65-81930971
We will send you an email or SMS upon receive of your payment. After successful registration, we will require you to send us the photocopy of your passport to apply for travel insurance
Important Notes:
You are responsible for your own Thailand Visa application. You can get visa on arrival. To be safe, we strongly advise you to apply your visa now if you decided to go. Please check out the details on Royal Thailand Embassy website. It takes 5-10 working days to process the application.
No 100% refund of the money for this trip, change of the participant's name will need extra charge refer to T&C of flight Company (Jetstar and Tiger).
If your registration is not successful, your full payment will be refunded to your account.
If you need only one way flight, the payment of return ticket will be refunded to you after the trip.
Due to limited seats, registration will be on a first come first served basis.
