Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for the development of the solutions sub-segment business in Asia. Covering topics such as development of solution packages, business and pricing models, sales and marketing strategies, operations, strategic partnerships and M&As.

Job Description:
Lead a team (direct reports and indirect project members) to develop solution packages, business and pricing models for target markets.
Co-operate with Marketing to design and execute branding and marketing strategies.
Develop sales channels strategies.
Lead a team to design and operate solutions installation and after-sales services.
Secure strategic partnerships in target markets.
Secure M&A opportunities in target markets.

Experience:
The candidate should have at least 7 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a business development role, and demonstrated track record of success in complex selling to major accounts in a B-to-B environment. Knowledge in industries such as buildings and commercial facilities, consultancy, environmental technologies, digital business models would be preferred.

Competencies:
Ability in complex selling and project management.
Strong influencing, communications and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial, independent and competitive instincts.
Analytical and problem solving skills with ability to exercise flexibility in response to changing circumstances.
Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and oral).
Education Any disciplines.
This is a market facing role and frequent travel outside Singapore is required.
