这个优惠已经取消了，已经销卡。
美金卡就只有工行的新币+美金的双币卡了。不过如果近期要刷的话应该是来不及了，工行办张新卡起码1个月的处理时间。。。

国内的各种信用卡(双币，单外币或者全币种)大部分不都是美元户口的么？没有货转，无损啊。。。

他们有发过短信的，里面有个revised t&c，那个1.5%的优惠取消了。

问题是这个2b银行，elite miles卡都出了有半年了网站上都没有放出来，真是溜到不行。 那个Cross-border fee除了amex，我遇到的唯一不收的是工行。
