父母结婚证在国内领的，在国内也做了相应的公证，申请PR和公民都可以使用，可现在孩子拿到sc，申请baby bonus时国内的公证不可以用，需要提交以下证明：
Marriage certificate verifies and endorsed at:
1) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and further endorsed by the Singapore Consulate in the People’s Republic of China.
请问有人遇到过吗？该怎么去办理这个证明？
