申请LTVP， 怎样准备提交的材料

生了娃，国内母亲过来帮忙照看， 申请LTVP ，这个拜五要去ICA交材料， 但是不知道怎么准备以下的材料。

Sponsor's valid Profile from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA);(Original and Photocopy) Sponsor's Profit and Loss Statement for the last 3 years(Original and Photocopy)

如果是employee, 这两样不需要
这两个适用于自雇人士
