CPF，刚收到公司payroll team的邮件，谁能告诉我这是干啥吗？

Please note we are submitting an application for a refund of excess CPF contribution.

CPF is calculated based on your ordinary basic wage determining your additional wage contribution for the year however as you got a salary increase in July 2018 the CPF needs to be recapped accordingly.

Please check through the form attached and sign off at section 5.

具体怎么算错我也不知道不过cpf wage分ordinary和additional，还有个annual cap，有加薪发bonus的情况不熟的人就可能会出错，你们payroll的人是新来的吧？你有权不签呀，就好像如果有人转账错转给你，你也可以不同意银行还回去，看你自己啦，而这个是你公司要求，你看着办好了，嘻嘻

应该是公司全年交的钱超过上限了，而cpf没有及时发现，现在这笔钱要退出来。理论上来说，假如cpf多收了700，其中自己的contribution是400，公司是300。那么理论上公司可能直接给的话不会给你那300
