Magnus Energy - New placement shares

Magnus Energy has entered in a placement agreement with some of its subscribers to subscribe 70 mln new shares at S$0.163 each.
This amount is a discount of 8.4% compared to the average price last traded today at S$0.1779.
It will be applying to the SGX for the listing and quotation of the shares.
