我这个拜六去转，转成了回来写个功略，呵呵
大概是这样子
基本所有驾照，包括摩托都可以转。首先要出事你有半年在国内的证明，言下之意就是至少你的驾照不是刚考完没上过路的。
还要考BTT(Basic Theory Test)，还要过final test by police的。。。

CONVERSION OF LICENCE
Before registering for the Basic Theory Test, please click HERE for information on licence conversion or you may also contact the Traffic Police at 6547 0000 for any other matters pertaining to the conversion of your foreign driving licence.
To register for a Basic Theory Test for conversion of foreign driving licence:
- Pre-register online. ENROL NOW
- Come down personally to the centre after online registration.
Documents to produce:
- Valid passport and valid work permit / student pass / employment pass / PR pass.
- Payment by NETS or Cashcard only.
You may also check with the Traffic Police counter located at any of the driving centres during their operating hours.
Monday - Friday : 0830hrs - 1700hrs
Saturday : 0830hrs - 1230hrs
Sunday : Closed
