Regarding JTC flat undergoing Lift Upgrade & NH Renewal..

I am renting this flat but was recently selected for lift upgrade & neighbourhood renewal stuff.. What are the kinda of stuff might happen to my rental contract?

I understand that it will be noisy and inconvinient..
