SENGKANG等东北地区，COV有低于1万的。
如Tampines, Bedok, Simei一带，如果房子是1st owner，他要的比较低，但你搬入需要重新装修。
2nd owner的话，房子装修的很美，你能直接入住，COV最高能要到5万。
平均来说，好卖的房COV基本都要2-3万，其余的是装修＋家电。
