除了很油，由于是深海鱼，水银含量也比较高

我想问一下通常在canteen里吃的鱼片是鳕鱼吗？
比如说鱼片汤，因为经常吃，有点怕。

It seems ifferent stalls use different fish. But Snowfish is quite expensive. It's price in supermarket is almost 3 times of toman's, thus they will never use it...

此外，canteen的鱼片(biz canteen的，不是science油炸的那种)基本上是dory fish，还有stingray，其他的都是小鱼种，近海的，不用担心
