I got a cheap machine from a singnet promo but the user will be inChina.. Can I make changes to existing Vista to make menus and UIsinto simplified Chinese?TIA..

有什么办法么？试了vista123上面的LIP可是没有用。那里的混蛋用vista ultimate的library冒充LIP。。ultimate额外花$200,烦死了。
