for me i use credit card
on the website i bought essential oils from, it said must use credit card for overseas shipping. but it really depends on the website, some websites allow people to use paypal(not sure about the spelling). i think u need to check at the respective website.

and before you decide to pay your bill, do you need to tell them the kind of currency in your card?

they will charge u at their currency, no matter which curreny your card has, they will change at that day's ratio.
