如果签了otp之后,卖家说不卖了.. 该怎么办?

请问各位该怎么办?agent说可以上法庭告他们...不过会很麻烦而且要花很多钱....

有人经历过吗?

My friend has such experience.
But the owner is Malay, not so greedy.

My friend paid S$1000 after viewing the flat. Then next day, the owner changed their ideal, simply because the price they asked is very cheap. However, the agent of my friend didn't agree and told them if they want to go to court, they would lose definitly. Finially the owner have to sell their flat.

ur friend's agent quite good... mine is just a "message conveyer"...

My concern is that if we go to court, it's gonna drag a long time and cost lots of money....

I'll meet up with them tmr... see how first....

why so hard to buy a house...

也应该可以吧。把定金退给你就是了。不是有14天吗。不太清楚,找个专业人士问问。

dun think so....
I asked 3 agents... they all say once seller sign the OTP, they cannot anyhow say they dun want to sell alr... it's a sure-win case if go to court...

any legal expert can advise?
