help!!! anyone knows what time the bicycle rental shops will open in east coast?

hihi! does anyone have any idea what time the bicycle rental shops will open in east coast park area? coz we plan to go there as early as possible....

remember around 9am,
last time finish cycling singapore, and around that time return the bicycles ..
