请教一下PR批准后办理手续期间,可以回国吗?

目前在等HR给证明信,九月20号要回国,有点担心在此之前拿不到REP和IC.请问REP是什么时候拿到呢?去ICA按手印过后,拿到IC之前,可以回国吗?谢谢.

you can get the REP chop on the spot when you go to submit the documentsand get the IC in the week after, don't worry, you can go back to China after you get the passport with REP chop
