I am using J's Calendula Cream
It's a yellowish cream, having a mild aroma of herb. I only apply it on pimple occasionally, and it works well on me.
I heard that the lotion is more effective than the cream, can be used on sensitive skin. You can test it on your wrist or neck first to see if you have any allergy.
Generally, J's products are gentle to skin. But since you bought it online, I'm not sure if the shipping process had any "side-effect" on your product =(

不过现在很少长的说。

For my calendula cream, I use it as a 'rescue' moisturiser when my skin is not very comfortable to apply anything else =)
