第一次接触high end
昨天在信箱看到的email, 说是有很高的com,
于是下午屁颠颠的去看showflat,看过之后才知道为什么
额的神啊。。。
2300psf, 1br算下来是1.2m 左右，2br是1.9m 左右
最大的卖点是freehold和靠近orchard,而且是这个区域内不多的小型单位
现在卖的是12层的8个units, 4个1br, 4个2br
据说07年卖过2900psf, 不知道是哪路财神买的。。。

居然还涨价！前不久从1900起（还可以小砍），后来有一越南佬买了5套后，一下子涨到2k左右，现在是高层，所以更贵了。。连maintanence fee也涨。。汗啊
最小的单位面积 517
厨房是open的 估计不可以大煮
而且冰箱和洗衣机都是壁橱式的 DP Architect的设计的确很赞
不过价钱更赞。。。。现在卖的全是高层了。。。
低楼好像还有一个03，还是04的 价钱可能可以下一两百
