此卡实际上是免费的，因为办理此卡时，会得到两张免费的环球影城和海洋馆的门票，相当于卡本身是免费的。有了此卡后，以后在RWS消费，可以有20%的Rebate在卡里（消费100新币会获得20积分），可以用来消费和交停车费。没有此卡，在RWS玩一天需要交的停车费是28新币；有了此卡后，每次去RWS只会从卡中扣除1.5积分用来交停车费。此积分在环球影城里的商店和餐厅可以直接用来买东西，一积分相当于一新币。
