MASTER TOILET WORK
1 Supply and apply water proofing chemical on floor before tiling. 100

比较general的算法
(砖钱 x 1.2 + 人工费 + 水泥黄沙) x 面积

1.2包括了废料

(以下是每方尺计算,如果不知道方尺就是差不多0.1平方米)
一般普通年轻人家里装修的砖用2.5-4元的，我们就拿3元来说，3x1.2就是3.6
人工费，老师傅地面2元，墙壁2.5元
材料大概0.8-1元

所以就是
地面(3.6+2+1)每平方尺，6.6元每平方米。
墙壁 7.1 平方尺。

然后就是防水啊，敲敲打打啊。一套4-5房式，客厅+卧室+厕所全部敲掉大概在2500以上。
最后不要忘记要利润，看公司的，没公司的人赚你10-15%， 20-25%是那些普通装修公司的利润。
