让你自己refinance的律师也作银行的律师。费用应该就相当于免了。
你refinance的话，应该自己也有律师的，本来就要给他一笔律师费。要求他同时也代理银行的律师。应该不额外加钱。我refinance的律师就是这样的。
你后来找到便宜的吗？我找的更贵，要850
Our legal fee for handling the redemption will be $500 (inclusive of our fee for acting for the Bank) excluding the following:-
1.disbursements and gst on our bill (about $150)
Disbursements are items such as registration fees payable on the Total Discharge of Mortgage instrument, title search fee, transport, postage. gst is 7%.
2. the CPF solicitors' bill (about $200+)
什么都要律师弄，好麻烦啊，谁有好的律师行介绍啊？
像这种简单的，收费低的律师也可以弄好吧。我也好奇如果是按揭到期了，也要律师来处理吗？
