1 To wash 5 nos of cabinel for the whole unit. $500.00

2 To wash the floor tile & wall tile for the kitchen and 2nos of toilet. $450.00

3 To do cellent paintin for the whole unit. $300.00

4 To do painting for the whole unit.( with 3 in 1 ICI / Nippon paint ) $1,500.00

5 To repolish & releaker the flooring for the 3 bedroom for the unit. $900.00

6 To wash & repolish the flooring for the Living / Dining room. $850.00

7 To supply & install an approx 6 ft long Study table c/w Mirror & ABS trimming with laminated finish.(exclulding of all rack system accessories) $1,200.00

8 To supply & install an approx 7 ft x 8.5 ft long 5mm thk Mirror c/w frame for the Dining room. $1,800.00

总价7500，有点超出预计了，看着还很新的房子，做起来竟然这么多的项目，看那个第7项，是不是买现成的比他们给的build in的要划算点？

各位帮我看看哪些可以价格再议的？谢谢。

我的3房painting, whole flat 大概 850

polish floor 大概 500

好象贵了
我的5-room painting S$1200
其他的项目不一样，无法一比一，还有一项是whole unit acid washS$200

build in 的本来就比 off the shelf 的贵。

打算去掉build in 的那项，自己买成品。粉刷我也
觉得有点贵了，但是其中有两面墙是要贴墙纸的，不知道是否算在里面了，待和装修商确定

我的房子面积
是1250Sqf大约115平方的样子。感觉镜子也贵了点，回头和装修商去讨价还价去。其实还有清洗build in 的橱柜这项也觉得不必要，我今天又仔细看了，基本很干净，打算自己清洁，可以省500了。
