好的简历是进入好公司的 door

感觉上，简历尽量要短，简历过长的一个重要原因是有的人把所有经历，证照都写了上去。事实上not really necessary

教育经历应该从大学开始写起，学历从最高开始写，比如先写博士，后写硕士，再就是本科
工作经历应先从现在所从事的工作写起
证照挑选最与工作相关的，

这样写简历容易高应聘的命中率。（guess this part everybody knows:)

还有 -

还有就是如果清楚地知道自己具备哪些能力，未来的工作岗位需要什么样的素质，并且在简历中也谈到自己是quick learner and always interested in 提升自己的能力与素质。之类的（看似）废话， 有正面效果。因为，通常情况下，只要能力与素质达到公司的要求，不论学历高低，经验多少，一般公司都会考虑录用。听说老板都喜欢有上进心的员工。

我曾经写简历时想过：如果有本专业学长的简历样本就好了。。。。。如果请各位大大分享自己的“精品简历样本”，大家会介意吗？可以把自己认为隐私的部分作适当修改。如果可行，我会向华新技术部申请空间，并整理精华网以方便大家阅读。

偶的简历经验
某次某简历，写到电脑技术部份，偶就实事求是地将偶会的电脑语言以及电脑类型写上了，后来被老板置疑，老板乐着问：“按照你写的，几乎所有电脑语言和电脑类型你都会？”，我亦实事求是回答：“基本都会，但没有一样精通。”本以为凶多吉少，却没想到刚好有个职位需要这样样样半瓶子醋的人，所以说简历看来要灵活多变，依据申请的职位突出自己那方面的技能也许会比较好。
