求助各位大虾：关于在新加坡注册公司

我国大毕业，最近在找工作，郁闷的是，像我这样学文科的，又没有工作经验，很难拿到job offer.直接对口的媒体公司给过我面试，不过由于经验或者身份问题到现在还没有定下工作。我现在持有学生签证，眼看年底要expire了，有朋友告诉我可以考虑在本地注册公司，从而拿到employent pass,这样再找工作就容易多了。不知道哪位朋友知道在新加坡注册公司的信息，听说注册费用只要几十元，但是怎么注册呢？谢谢指点！

There are a few types of companies. freq. registered are Business and Company (a.k.a Pte. Ltd). you may check the diff and reg. details from
http://www.acra.gov.sg/company/index.html

you may use online filing with BizFile.
