请教达人，这个工资还合理不？

国内07毕业硕士，多个兼职工作经验。
做软件开发，月薪3000，contract

在新加坡，这个工资水平是高是低望各位赐教。

查资料了解到，新加坡人均收入2万1千美元，人均GDP 3万多美元。还有一份统计说做软件的人员工资一般5000左右。但也了解到很多在新刚工作的工资也就如此，作为新人，很是迷茫。


还有一问，contract 比 permenant差别很大吗？

如果是本地master就挺少的。
本科现在都起薪3k了。(system analyst)
本地的master怎么也得3。5k－4k起。

contract 与permenant差很大

至少我以前的公司是。
有6年developer experience的contract report to me ( only 1.5 years experience at that time).

generally salary for contract job is higher than permenant job.
for contract position, it has less paid leave, no or less medical and insurance protaction. therefore, as a whole package, the pay will be higher than permenant job. however, there are some contract job, which has same package as permenant job.

personally, 3k is not a bad deal. you just graduated this year. you are considered as fresh graduate with some sort of experience.
