申请表上的DECLARATION BY APPLICANT

如题，第一次申请公民。申请表格的DECLARATION BY APPLICANT的第一条里的b，I have/have not *renounced ，been deprived of my singapore citizenship，or had my singapore citizenship terminated/I have never acquired singapore citizenship*.表格下面注明*Delete whichever is inapplicable。

像我这种第一次申请的情况，就是delete开头的I have/I have not renounced 中的I have。对吗？

求赐教！感恩。
