都是做technical consultant, IT firm好还是consulting firm好?
(1) top IT firms(IBM/Microsoft/Google)
(2) top consulting firms(BCG/McKinsey/Bain). not Accenture, NCS...
目前在(1)就职，有机会跳去(2)，犹豫中。。。

不知道你有几年工作经验
工资来讲top consulting firm都比IT好很多。Google的大牛除外
不知道TC是什么概念，能去的话BA是好的starting point,比JIA好。
