玩脱了? 基准利率恢复涨势 银行上调房贷利率
最近本地银行基准利率恢复涨势，银行纷纷上调房贷配套的利率，一些固定利率配套也从市面上消失。
据了解，星展银行的3年固定利率配套，首3年的利率上周刚从1.98％调高到2.28％。
星展银行的定期存款率房贷配套（FHR）也调高了利率，原本首3年的利率是FHR+1.10％，现已调高到FHR+1.50％；如果只锁定2年，那首2年的利率为FHR+1.30％。锁定期之后的利率从FHR+1.60％调高到FHR+1.80％。
星展提供的定期存款率房贷配套，是按银行的1年和2年新元定期存款利率来计算。该行目前新元1年期和2年期定存的利率分别是0.25％和0.55％。
另外，马来亚银行上周调高了2年期固定利率配套，从之前的第1年1.78％和第2年1.98％，调高到第1年1.98％和第2年2.18％。该行也已停止了3年期固定利率配套。
华侨银行昨天则推出了SG50促销配套，只要完成网上的一个问答题，就能享有第1年1.50％的房贷配套，但接下来的利率与银行现行利率（board rate）挂钩，这个促销于本月21日结束。
