孩子出生后，医院会给个报告，拿着这个报告，还有夫妻双方的IC，去办理出生注册。在医院的某个地方是可以直接办理的，不需要去ICA，只是要收手续费，但是方便。孩子爸爸带着材料去办就可以了，妈妈还要休息的。
办完出生注册以后，直接拿到塑封的Birth Cert，然后可以去办理Baby Bonus的手续。
