亲测..小区门口 -> 地铁站站台 大约2-3分钟, 走天桥没红灯, 目测家门口到站台
应该是5-6分钟的事
要面积大点的三房+佣人房,Dleedon好点的楼层要200万
近市区估计楼主预算150~180万,就这几个吧。

房子大住得舒服,附近有Alexandra Primary School,近两年挺热的。学校新,又从Moha Budi搬个校长过去。
Potong Pasir MRT 旁边的 The Poiz Residences
近市区,近地铁,mixed development, 楼下70+ 家商店,St Andrew's Junior School在一公里内,不错的学校,目前还不难进,参考图片.

这个也太旧了,而且rulang是抽签比率最低的学校了吧
有一年抽签是6:1,去年4:1,义工160收16。。。别以为住在附近就能进去。而且那公寓老旧,印度人还多,1/4的面向地铁,吵得不得了,真没觉得lz需要这样的房子,推荐对面的caspian lakefront才是对的吧,连lakeshore都好旧了,低层蚊子还多
