check the contract if gst is included.
If you buy things in supermarket, gst is included in price.
but if you consume in restaurant , normally gst is not included in price.
So, you need to check contract. It can be argued before you sign the contract with agent.
If you are in good position in bargain ,
you can ask agent to absorb gst before you sign contract with agent.
