关于citizenship by family ties有几个问题想问问大家， ICA上写的不是很清楚。只查到一下的信息。
Family Ties Scheme
- Singapore citizens applying for their family members (sponsoring their wives/husbands/children) who are non-Singapore citizens.
Who is eligible to apply for SC under the Family Tie Scheme through e-SC?
Singapore Citizens could apply SC for their spouse or children if they meet the following criteria:
a)
Spouse of a Singapore Citizen needs to be a Permanent Resident for at least 2 years.
b)
SC Father applying for his child/children must have a valid and legal marriage.
请问大家，如果孩子在中国出生，出生时父亲正在申请公民，孩子一岁之前父亲的公民批准了。这样的话是不是可以直接通过e-SC给孩子申请新公民？
