贴个Jurong open electricity market的总结吧
大概看了下，大概市面上有三种套餐：fixed rate，discount off regulated tariff，peak/off peak rate。
新加坡每三个月检讨更新regulated tariff。如果选了fixed rate，合同期内就不受这个regulated tariff影响，按照合同规定的fixed rate付费。如果选了discount off regulated tariff，就是tariff上打个折扣算。peak/off peak rate也是fixed rate，不过在peak period和off peak period费率不同。每家对peak period定义可能不同，不过大概都是6am to 11pm这个区间吧。我对第三种套餐不感兴趣，所以没有总结在内。
现在的regulated tariff是21.56 cents/kwh。
