某种意义上来说……法院没有宣判有罪，就只是犯罪嫌疑人。而且初审宣判了，还可以上诉等二审。看了报道，感觉政协委员的初衷是好的、正确的。所谓“嫌疑犯电视里认罪不等于有罪”，感觉又是某些媒体或者某些人断章取义，哗众取宠……
看了报道, 不认为是黑啊,很对头才对you have the right to remain silence, what you say could be used against you in court.......但未必是有罪啊
