Pour 2 teaspoons crème de cassis into each of 8 stem glasses and fill with chilled Champagne or sparkling white wine. Serve cold.
很简单但是很美的一杯鸡尾酒。
曾经有一瓶crème de cassis, 味道很浓重的蓝莓酒，皱着眉头勉强喝了一小口以后，却拿它毫无办法。原来只要加入香槟就好了。过了这么久以后，才明白过来。
