求问3年的tuitionsubsidy 要陪 怎么算钱的

请问下大家 是从我拿到degree 才算毕业 还是submit thesis就算毕业....
问MOE了。。。显然那边也不知道2个星期没有回复我。

A是一个学期的 subsidy ,10%是FAQ里面说的。。

总额是不是ax1.1^3+ax1.1^2.5+ax1.1^2....ax1.1^1.5.............
LZ 要一次性还银行贷款和赔bond....能有同学指条捷径么
