do u mean 老北京食堂？buffet only available on sat and sun bah?and not only 3 types of dumpling, more than that i think. got some side dishes :)
老北京high tea加上gst差不多15块一个人吧。有3种饺子，味道还可以。3-5pm everyday嗯
