可以从买鞋的地方或者Daiso那个2原店买个前脚掌部位的鞋垫以前买鞋的时候卖鞋那人推荐的，基本上就不滑了不过下次试鞋还是要试好，买后面深点儿的的鞋，或者那种有松紧带儿的鞋，都能帮脚带住后跟
后跟垫我穿鞋也有这个问题，主要是因为后跟太平了，所以走路的时候挂不起来跟。后来买鞋的时候店员给我后跟垫，粘在鞋上，相当于补上太平的那一块，这样就好很多。很多卖鞋的地方都有，watsons应该也有。
