抉择: 现在PR买房, 还是等2年成为SC再买resale房?
因为已经决定一定会拿SC的, 这样是不是应该再等等?1) 因为个人的一些原因, 加入新国籍是肯定的.但目前政策偏紧, PR才一年, 所以拿到SC应该是2年后.2) 5年不能买卖, 这个我可以接受. 正好可以存钱.3) 因为政府已经控制PR和SC, 这样未来一段时间房价是有可能回调的吧?多谢讨论
