请问各位买房前的6到12个月怎么控制自己的cash的？
买房子都是这样啦，我签OTP的时候手都在发抖长这么大，第一次花这么多钱。呵呵。。。以后几年都要为银行打工了。。。

楼主应该根据自己的资金和需求去买合适的房子计算一下大概到要付款的时候，自己有多少钱。记住差不多要留个1万左右去付律师费，中介费，stamp duty等一些杂七杂八的钱。付款的时间可以计算到2nd appointment。然后去看一下行情，了解一下你手里这么多钱可以买一个怎样的房子，四房式or五房式？现在的定期存款，citibank和渣...
