我觉得还是要以MAS的文件为准我不觉得这是个漏洞。这个政策的初衷就是打击一个人拿很多loan的投机行为。如果一个人买了几套房子，又租不出去，他一个人的收入不能负担所有放贷，只能破产，造成银行坏账，这是此政策所要避免产生的情况。如果有足够多足够多的cash和收入，政府是不会拦着你买房的。如果两人的收入都足够应付...

弱弱回一下：我们没有HDB，所有提到的房子都是私宅。其实现在的房价下，买个HDB性价比还是很好的。不过被锁5年实在不爽。5年内有好的投资机会也不能出手。
