Please be reminded of URA guidelines on the Balcony Incentive Scheme. Such balconies are meant to be semi-outdoor spaces and cannot be enclosed. Only balcony screens (e.g. louvres) which are fully retractable and will allow for natural ventilation at all times can be allowed. Glass curtains are not permissible and are regarded as unauthorized works.
