如题，自己是公民，三个孩子，父母已经在新加坡我跟我们住了8个月，想说按照PCI 申请孩子的学校的additional subsidies，可是学校让我出证明说我父母跟我们住在一起在现在的地址。打去ICA问，接线员email给

有人遇到过类似问题吗？哪里可以找到证明呢？申请长期准证那时收到ICA email也只是说approved，并没有关于long term visit pass holder 住在哪里的纸. 有经验的来 跪求答案。
