hold on the payments if units are not moving , further more , these contracts are likely in Nominated Sub-contract mode and also subject to Main Contractors' control , their 3 factories , one in Vietnam ,2 at Sungei kadut are putting up for sale to pay back the debts , the return of investment route ( long term) basing on their existing business mode is long and low and in short term , depends on what is your entry point? buy at your own risk . Similar case is Big Box - TT International , do Serrano have a bog box ? sorry , wrote in English in Chinese Platform.

我去年三月会在四厘买入100万股ISR，是因为它的年报显示止亏为盈了，可惜我那时只玩短线，没有耐心等，哎！:-(
