仅有iras有此类规定，但iras只对外国人有hold住薪水的规定
pr和公民都不需要。如果hr坚持，让他提供明文规定（哪个政府部门的哪条法规）

这个要求适用于spr的，公司也是为了保险起见，毕竟会有人不交tax就离开新加坡的，你如果还继续在新加坡工作这钱也会还给你的
这个HR超越了自己的职能
他绝对没有权力要求你提供新公司的信息或者任何你的家人信息。绝对没有。坚决不要给他。iras没有说永久居民必须要一直在工作，只是说，如果pr不永久离开，就不要做tax clearance。
你辞职了在家里休息一直不工作也是可以的。他凭什么问你在新加坡继续做什么? 你是可以无限制在新加坡居住的永久居民！公司的hr是什么玩意？ 你只要填那个letter of undertaking就可以了。

可以这样回复
Dear XXX,
I am a permanent resident of Singapore, which means that I have unrestricted rights to continue to live in Singapore, irrespective of my employment situation. When an SPR resigns, IRAS exempts him/her from tax clearance requirements as long as s/he declares that s/he intends to continue to reside in Singapore. Following IRAS guidelines, I will sign a letter of undertaking to the effect that I do not intend to leave Singapore permanently.
IRAS does not require submission of documents regarding an SPR's next employment or the employment details of his/her spouse. My right to continue to live in Singapore does not depend on me satisfying any particular requirements on continued employment. I am therefore under no obligation to supply such information or documents to you.

其实iras是有这个说法的，但是只要签个申明说不永久离开新加坡就可以了
iras或者新加坡政府其他部门可没有要求pr提交什么下个工作的信息以及家属的工作信息。更不要说公司的人事部有这个权力了。太可笑了。
