4房大概现在400千存8万，再有一份稳定的工作就可以供了。利率现在还是很合算的。13年底房价顶点，4房都要450千起步的。很佩服楼主一个女生可以不靠父母一个人攒钱买屋。

我去过的三家Simply Thai就是Citylink里面的那个，布置得像是卖杂菜饭的，但是餐具很精美。黄梨饭不错（泰国菜如果黄梨饭都做不好不如回家吃自己了），蔬菜很大路，鸡翅很好吃，因为怕上火没有点冬炎汤，但好像是他们的招牌来的，值得一提的是泰式dessert，很小巧的小点心，任选5样$2，偶喜欢！Thai Express我去的是Holland...

现在利率都挺低的，你多去几家银行问问都有什么配套，找一个自己满意的，选择是因人而异的，反正我们用的DBS3年固定的。
