我经常做的汤就是豆腐鱼汤（小一些的整鱼）和豆腐鱼头汤（大鱼的鱼头），简单而且快。只要放些葱姜，鲍鱼菇或者草菇或者竹笋之类很鲜的配料。整鱼炖一会就行了，否则肉会碎的，鱼头可以炖久点
