请教8.30新政后买国内房产
可以的新条例规定，私宅屋主，无论新加坡人还是永久居民，若购买本地非津贴组屋，必须在六个月内将私宅卖出，这包括所有本地与海外的房地产。但新条例只对8月30号之后购买组屋生效，你是前两年买的，最短居住年限已经过了，不受这个条例影响。
