关于resale HDB卫生间的防水测试
HDB 的HIP 项目下的漏水测试是这样的the floor outlet of the toilet is blocked off temporarily with a water lug, the floor is flooded to about 25 mm deep for 4 hours. the underside of the floor slab and the base of the adjacent wall are then checked for signs of leakage.
