上个礼拜大家注意到政府推出给公民的外国配偶的新的长期准证LTVP+。当时感觉不出来政府推出这个新的准证的意义。现在看来，是解决他们的就业问题。
因为今天好像无意中看到一个关于这种准证的新措施：LTVP+可以工作、只要事先获得人力部的同意即可 （LOC）。这样，他们就可以获得和就业准证家属的同样待遇，不需要单独申请工作的准证。
于此同时，这些家属不需要获得PR就可以工作，减轻了PR申请这边的压力。当然，我的理解可能不一定正确
